Booking Policy

A 50% deposit cost of your treatment is required to secure all skin treatment bookings.

At the Skin bar Berwick our therapists provide our clients with premium skin, body and beauty treatments. No-shows and last-minute cancellations extremely disadvantage our business. This also means that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. In return, we only ask for what is fair for everyone. We appreciate your understanding with our new policy and would like to thank you for your support.

All existing appointments and appointments made in person or over the phone require a credit card to secure the booking.

Online bookings will process a 50% deposit at time of booking.

Online Deposit:

A deposit of 50% of the cost of your total booked services is required to secure your booking. The value of your deposit will be deducted from your services on the day of your appointment. You may change or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment, either by contacting us via phone or SMS, or by logging into our booking system from our website. Your deposit will be left as a credit on your account for future appointments. Any cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to show up to your appointment will result in your forfeit of your deposit, without exceptions.

Confirmation Text

We send out reminder messages 48 hour prior to your appointment, allowing enough time for the clients to confirm their bookings. We understand life could get busy at times; hence we also offer to call clients 48 hours before their scheduled appointment if they had not already confirmed. If we fail to hear from clients, the appointment time will be made available to another client.

Cancellation policy:

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations and changes to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to show up to your appointment will result in your forfeiting your deposit, without exception. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time. Running late for your appointment: To ensure punctual service for all clients, appointments that start late due to client tardiness will finish at their scheduled time, resulting in a shorter service for you.
No discounts will be given for appointments that are shorter due to client lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late for the start of your appointment you will be marked as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

Preferred communication:

Changes to your appointment must be made via our dedicated clinic phone number. Messages via social media may not be seen and may result in your forfeiting your deposit.
